Job Description:
Compuscan, a registered credit bureau that is based in Stellenbosch,
has a position available for a Technical and Product Support Agent in our Customer Relations Centre.

Key Requirements:
NQF Level 4 –Matric (Grade 12)
A+ Computer Certificate (or similar qualification)
1 year call centre or customer service experience

Key Competencies:
Knowledge in Computer Hardware, Operating Systems, Networking and Internet Connectivity Mediums.
Basic Finance / Accounting Experience
Good communication Skills / Conflict Management
Team Membership ability
Personal Leadership / Ability to self-motivate / Personal impact
