Job Description:
Compuscan is Headquartered in South Africa with operations in Lesotho, Uganda, Namibia, Philippines and Australia. Compuscan recently acquired a license to establish a credit bureau in Mozambique. To assist in the start-up phase of the business and to develop a lasting career we are recruiting for a highly efficient and organized Office Administrator with excellent written and numeracy skills with a strong command of English and Portuguese to assist with all administrative duties.

Key Requirements:
Experience in administration and organization of the affairs of the day to day running of the office
Experience in scheduling and arranging meetings
Correspondence, Report writing, Spreadsheet skills, petty cash management, produce letters and write reports, spreadsheets, maintain budgets, basic bookkeeping skills, handle petty cash.
Manage all office documentation
Communicate oral/written in English
Experience in a financial sector or accounting would be beneficial
Organizational skills
Strong communication skills
Proven ability to translate documents from Portuguese to English, and English to Portuguese (uncertified)

Delivery of high quality work output
Written translation capabilities
A university degree in languages will be advantageous

Key Performance Areas:
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Power Point, Excel
Typing, faxing and emailing documents
Coordinate monthly payments
Accounting / bookkeeping
Liaising with vendors/suppliers
Track, monitor and procure the use of office consumables/supplies.
Keep management informed on the status of work by raising any issues/challenges timeously
