Compuscan CRB Ltd seeks to recruit a skilled, passionate and self-motivated individual to fill the role of National Sales Manager. The role requires strong leadership and management capabilities with an impeccable bias towards people management as well as sales, relationship management and business development. The job shall be based in Kampala with frequent travel up country.

Description of Purpose:
Specifically, the National Sales Manager shall be responsible for business growth and retention with a duty to oversee the effectiveness of the Account Management and sales team at Compuscan CRB Ltd. The National sales manager shall report to the Managing Director.

Minimum requirements;
Bachelor’s degree in any of these fields; Information Technology, Business Computing, Sales and
Marketing, Bachelor of Commerce with a bias in Marketing or any related field.
A minimum of 8 years working experience 5 of which should in a senior sales position.
Demonstrated ability in selling to senior executives.
Project Management skills will be desirable
Ability to work within a multinational organization environment
Master’s Degree or professional qualifications in Marketing and/or Business Administrations will be an added advantage

Key Technical Competencies:
The ideal candidate needs to have prior knowledge of selling to senior executives of large commercial/corporate entities.
Prior experience and knowledge of selling and marketing commercial business data solutions like Accounting packages, CRM Business solutions, Stock management solutions, Banking/Lending solutions.
A Good understanding of the Banking/ Credit industry is essential
Good knowledge of delivering identification solutions to customers
Good knowledge of business relationship management
Proven people management skills

The successful candidate shall be someone who can understand data, integrations, automation of processes, workflows, API’s, and selling of components to make a whole/complete business solution.
